“Life is a journey … which path are you taking?” This was the main theme chosen for the Annual Lenten Weekend Retreat organized by the Gozo Diocesan Youth Commission which took place between Friday 15th and Sunday 17th February at the Manresa Retreat House. The retreat, led by Fr Eddie Vella from Għarb, focused on three particular calls: called to be a human being, a disciple and an apostle.
The participants, who hailed from several parishes mainly being Cathedral, St George, Nadur, Xagħra, Kerċem and Xewkija, enjoyed moments of silence, prayer, adoration, spiritual input, Lectio Divina, discussions, and made an authentic experience of fraternal communion.
