- Consecrated as Titular Bishop of Calydonia on 14 Ju1y 1867, Fifth Sunday after Pentecost, in Rome, Cappella di Villa Lante, by Ludovico Cardinal Altieri; assisted by Alessandro Franchi, Tit Archbp of Thessalonica, and by Paolo Micallef OESA, Bp of Citta di Castello and Ap Adm of Gozo
- Elected Bishop of Gozo 24 September 1868
- Solemn entry Cathedral, Gozo, 24 January 1869
- Died Valletta, Malta, 31 December 1876.
